VIP Desk The Brand Ambassador assists customers
via phone and helps assess customers' home improvement needs. You assist customers by scheduling
appointments and/or referring them to home-improvement contractors in their
area. In addition, you use your sales skills to offer appointment setting for
additional services. You ensure each
customer enjoys an amazing experience and wants to come back for more! We are currently accepting applications for
both part-time and full-time new team members for future openings. Our virtual
training classes run two and a half weeks with daily classes conducted 11am -
5pm ET, Monday - Friday. Part-time team members work up to 5 days a week, up to
29 hours. Full-time team members work up to 5 days a week,
between 30-40 hours. This position is
only available in the following states:
AZ, CO, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, OR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA,
WA.
